Dave Horsley is the Co-Founder and Festival Director of the Screenwave International Film Festival (SWIFF), the 2022 Australia Day Award recipient for Arts & Culture in Coffs Harbour, and a passionate advocate for the Creative Industries. Creative writing has always held a special place in Dave Horsley’s heart, previously writing and directing for screen. Dave now teaches creative writing to young filmmakers throughout Australia through SWIFF’s Nextwave youth film development program.
