Thomas Keneally is, quite simply, one of Australia’s best-loved novelists. He has been nominated for the Booker Prize four times, winning for Schindler’s Ark – later filmed by Steven Spielberg as Schindler’s List. He has published over sixty books, with his latest release, Corporal Hitler’s Pistol,  largely set in nearby Kempsey.
