Having forged a career as one of the most widely lauded historians of settler-Indigenous relations in the country, Henry’s work helped pioneer new ways of looking at Australian history.
Since the release of The Other Side of the Frontier in 1981, through to his most recent book Tongerlongeter: First Nations Leader and Tasmanian War Hero, Henry has championed the history of Indigenous Australians.
He has received a string of awards and recognition for his decades of work, and in this conversation we are thrilled to have Jackie Huggins lead what is certain to be a highlight conversation of Henry’s storied career.
